Where time gets lost

Manual price monitoring doesn't scale.

Screenshots, spreadsheets and weekly checks work for 3–5 competitors – and even that only sporadically: when other topics are on the table, the price check often slips by another week. At 50 competitors it collapses – and the patterns and history behind it stay invisible.

Where manual work hits its limits

  • Last week's spreadsheet, today's market. By the time the file is shared, half the prices have already changed.
  • Promotions only in hindsight. A competitor's discount stands out once the margin is gone – not before.
  • Listings without a reference. You see what competitors carry, but not what's missing from your assortment or newly appeared.
  • "Listed" doesn't mean "available". A listed price says little when there's a three-week lead time behind it.
What copio delivers

Prices structured, continuous, comparable.

copio analytics captures your competitors' prices automatically – and presents them in a way pricing teams can actually work with.

Always current, without the effort

Fresh price data from configurable crawling. You start nothing – the pipeline runs. Crawler maintenance, incident handling and automatic import are included.

Full assortments, not samples

From a hundred to over a hundred thousand articles. No cherry-picks, no weekly snapshots – structured capture of entire assortments over time.

Three comparison levels

Article, basket, category. The same data at the resolution that fits your pricing question – from a single SKU to your assortment's position in the market.

Manual vs. structured

FAQ

Questions pricing teams ask first.

How often is the data updated?
The crawl frequency is configurable and depends on the size of your assortment, the stability of the source shops and your decision-making rhythm. Daily crawling only makes sense if you also decide daily. We match the cadence to your rhythm, not to a fixed interval.
How many competitors can be monitored?
There is no fixed upper limit. Sources are configured based on your briefing and can be added during operation – including international competitors – as long as the data is publicly accessible.
How large can the imported assortment be?
From a few hundred articles to several hundred thousand. You import your assortment via sample files; every view can be exported – into the BI tool, planning sheet or rule engine you already use.
What does a demo cost?
Nothing. A first demo takes around 45 minutes and covers your specific situation – sources, articles, and the questions you can't get answered today.
